Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial vehicle title processes and requirements
    pursuant to each state’s specifications.
  • Efficiently and accurately identify, analyze vehicle title, ownership documents within company guidelines
  • Ensure titles related to funded transactions are received accurate and in a timely manner perfecting the company’s security interest.
  • Accurately record both title and UCC information in title and UCC tracking system.
  • Ensure title, title work, emails, documents and customer, dealer documents are scanned appropriately and stored in Box application.
  • Ensure titles received are accurately recorded into Salesforce, Title Collateral Tracking.
  • Ensure all UCC’s are accurately recorded within Salesforce, UCC Tracking ensuring company’s security interest.
  • Ensure UCC’s are properly maintained, documented, and stored in BOX application to ensure company’s security interest.
  • Ability to work independently, self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis – ability to manage projects and deadlines.
  • Communicate with external and internal customers in a professional manner that conveys competence, respect, and the value of the client relationship providing excellent customer service as it relates to all aspects of titling – a do what it takes attitude to service both customers, dealers, and co-workers.
  • Work closely with dealers and customers and other departments to resolve outstanding titles, title issues and
    problems.
  • Strong inquisitive, listening, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively uncover
    and resolve customer issues.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned from time to time by management

  • Operation experience in financial service organization is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of basic loan and lease financial products
  • Software-knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office products
